Belle Field Close, Penwortham – Seddon Homes

Pinnacle was instructed by Seddon Homes to prepare and submit a detailed planning application for 63 new homes on a greenfield site in Penwortham. The 2ha site has been allocated since 2015 and the application overcame issues relating to access through an existing development and noise from the school playing fields to the south.

A resolution to grant planning permission was approved at Planning Committee in September 2021 and the decision issued January 2022.
