Lyth Hill Road, Bayston Hill – Richborough
The Land at Lyth Hill Road is approximately 5.8ha in size and comprises a greenfield site on the edge of Bayston Hill, near Shrewsbury. Acting initially on behalf of Richborough, Pinnacle helped to secure a draft allocation for 100 homes in the emerging Shropshire Local Plan. This involved undertaking a full review of the settlement hierarchy evidence and demonstrating that Bayston Hill is a sustainable location for a major housing allocation.
We are continuing to promote the site through the Local Plan Examination and have assisted Redrow in submitting a detailed Planning application for 118 homes.
