Land West of Higham Lane, Nuneaton – Richborough
Acting on behalf of Richborough, Pinnacle assisted in the preparation of an outline application for 700 new dwellings on the northern edge of Nuneaton.
This greenfield unallocated site sits outside the settlement boundary and the case involved demonstrating that there is an insufficient supply of new housing land coming forward. Pinnacle were able to successfully screen out the need for an Environmental Statement.
We continue to promote the site through the Local Plan Examination.
